OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
The following Sweepstakes is intended for play in the United States only, and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the U.S. at the time of entry.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are 18 years of age and older as of September 18, 2011. All entries, whether submitted as described below, have an equal chance of winning. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members of each of Fashion Bug Retail Companies LLC (“Sponsor”), its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and any other persons or entities associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter or win. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER
Entries must be submitted through the social media page that is accessible to all individuals who “like” the Loop 18 Social Media Page. Submissions will be accepted September 25th until October 2nd at midnight EST. Only one entry per person is permitted.
To submit an entry, entrants must “like” the Loop 18 Social Media Page, access the “wall” area, and post a link of the entrant’s favorite online item from Loop 18’s website (www.loop18.com), complete only with a written explanation on why the entrant ‘loves it’. Links submitted must be of the entrant’s favorite online item and will qualify the entrant to win a $50 gift card to Loop18.com.
Limit of one entry per person; any person with multiple entries will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, stolen, misdirected, delayed or destroyed entries. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles of entries allowed. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
3. PRIZE DETAILS AND ODDS OF WINNING
There will be one prize winner selected on or about October 4th at random among all entrants to win a $50 gift card.
Odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible entries received.
4. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZE(S)
The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, to be conducted on or about October 4thby Sponsor, or authorized representative of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by e-mail, mail and/or phone. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 14 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes cannot be substituted, except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize with one of equal or greater value should featured Prize become unavailable. Prizes will be fulfilled within 4-10 weeks after notification. Prizes cannot be sent to a P.O. Box. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for other prizes or for cash. All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of Winner.
5. GENERAL
By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, Winner grants to the Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the Winner's full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS respective parents, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDER AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealers, distributors, suppliers, Prize provider and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s). Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes entries. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this promotion will be collected by Sponsor, and used by, its respective parents, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as stated at www.fashionbug.com. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE CO-SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes, and randomly award the Prizes from among all eligible entries received as of such date should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, fairness, proper play or security of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any and all disputes will be individually resolved, without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania exclusively, and subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.
6. USE OF DATA
Sponsor may be collecting e-mail addresses from entry forms in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at the following link: http://www.fashionbug.com By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your e-mail address, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
7. WINNER LIST
For the name of the Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size (#10) envelope to: Love it on Loop18.com Sweepstakes, Fashion Bug Retail Companies, Inc., 450 Winks Lane, Bensalem, PA 19020. Winner names will be sent after selection of Winners.
